stress. Your health–mental, emotional,
and physical-depends on balance, and
massage plays a huge role in that.
Everybody is different, so your massage is tailored to fit your needs session to session. I use different modalities such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Stretching, and more depending on what is needed. Because of this, my rates reflect treatment times, not techniques.
Primarily for focused work for smaller areas. Helpful for relief for headaches, stress, or persistent pain in a local area.
Addressing the whole body, working on a chronic issue in a particular area that may have other areas affecting range of motion, or stress relief.
